Working within a large consulting firm, I witnessed a model that, frankly, left me wanting more. The emphasis was overwhelmingly on "land and expand." It wasn't about delivering exceptional, transformative results and building lasting relationships. It was about securing the initial engagement and then relentlessly upselling, pushing for more projects, regardless of whether they truly served the client's best interests.

This approach, while commercially successful for the firm, often felt detached from the core purpose of consulting: to truly help businesses thrive. I saw talented professionals pressured to prioritise sales targets over genuine client impact. This experience ignited a desire in me to create a different kind of consulting firm – one where the focus is on delivering real value, building trust through exceptional service, and fostering long-term partnerships (that’s why I added ‘Partners’ to our name).

I wanted to build a business where "doing a great job" was the primary driver, not an afterthought. And most importantly, I wanted to support smaller, ambitious, owner-managed businesses, providing access to the expertise they desperately needed without the spiralling costs that come with large consulting firms.

This vision is further strengthened by the unwavering support of our highly experienced board of directors, who are the cornerstone of our business, providing strategic guidance and ensuring we consistently deliver on our promise of excellence.
