This experience instilled a disciplined, results-oriented approach that has defined his career.

His professional journey continued in London’s financial services sector, where he joined Michael Page Financial Services in 2014. He specialised in partnering with premier investment banks, including JP Morgan, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank, developing a nuanced understanding of talent acquisition within complex, high-stakes environments. In 2017, he relocated to Birmingham to lead Robert Half’s Strategic Accounts division, cultivating and managing relationships with enterprise clients such as HSBC, Wolseley, National Grid, Babcock, and FedEx. This role honed his ability to deliver sophisticated, tailored solutions to large, multifaceted organisations.

Subsequently, he joined Protiviti, a US-owned consulting firm, in 2018, where he led sales for their Business Performance Improvement solution. This experience further refined his expertise in driving organisational transformation and delivering measurable value to clients. Recognising a need for a more client-centric and agile approach to consulting, he founded Tierpoint Partners in August 2022.
