Client Brief
The Director of Treasury was looking to appoint a strong number two to help with day-to-day operations. We were contacted by the HR Business Partner for Finance to help with the search as they thought a specialised partner was needed.
What We Did
Following our briefing meeting, we mapped the treasury market across the Midlands (as commuting to the office was required) and identified a long list of candidates with retail/hospitality experience. We were able to provide a shortlist of 6 suitable profiles to the client in less than 10 days.

A two stage interview process, including a site visit to meet the team in person.
